CDM-SSS 1250 Silicone Slitting Line is a machine for slitting the rolled CRGO and similar rolled steel sheet lengthwise in the desired width to form new rolls.
The sliced sheet is separated into new rolls and brought to the dimensions to be processed in the core cutting line. Our machine is used for slicing the sheets that make up the core used in the production of electrical transformers, motors and measurement transformers.

After the rolled sheet to be divided into slices is loaded into the uncoiler by means of the loading trolley, the position of the shears is adjusted according to the width of the new roll to be formed. Thanks to the double pneumatic guide press unit, the coil sheet brought to its miter is cut by driving and then new rolls are formed in the roll winder by grinding.
