CDM-RPL 2500 Automatic Radiator Production Line is the machine that produces radiators used for cooling power transformers.
Energy losses that occur when transformers convert electrical energy from one voltage level to another voltage level can cause the transformer to heat up and, in case of overheating, damage it.
Radiators are a system used to dissipate the heat generated inside the transformer and provide cooling of the transformer. The radiator is mounted on the outer surface of the transformer. Our Fully Automatic Radiator Production Line, which produces radiators, can process 1st and 1.2mm thick ST12, ST14, SPCC, DCO1, 08F sheets. It produces 310mm, 480mm or 520mm wide honeycombs. Our production line adopts the technology of GEORG and MTM.

The line consists of automatic decoiler, roll forming machine, two-piece jointing device, multi-head spot welding machine, double-side seam welding machine, terminal welding machine, double-side edge trimming machine, terminal cutting machine, related transmission table and control system. This line can mainly produce three different wide wing plates 520 (535) mm, 480 mm, 320 (310) mm. The size change on the roll forming machine is achieved by hydraulic (other machines and transmission tables are manually adjusted). However, when the machine is fully automatic, the minimum center distance should be more than 1200 mm.
