CDM HLWM 1300 AG/HV Coil Winding Machine, the coil of electrical distribution and power transformers is one of the basic components of the transformer and the windings that realize the conversion of energy.
The HV side receives the high voltage power coming into the transformer and generates the magnetic field of the transformer. The LV side performs the transformation process and produces a low voltage electric current at the output. Voltage conversion is realized according to the ratio of the number of turns between the two windings.
The material of the coils is usually copper or aluminum. The coils are designed depending on the transformer's dimensions, power capacity and application requirements, and the placement and connections of the windings affect the electrical performance of the transformer.
The base of the machine is welded with steel plates and the parts are machined on CNC machining center. The body of the winding machine has good rigidity, strong synchronization and even and constant torque. It is controlled by a frequency conversion motor with low noise and stability.
