CDM-FFP 1300/1600 Fin Forming Machine is a fully automatic production line that operates on a PLC basis and commands are entered via the touch screen.
There are two different width options, 1300mm or 1600mm, in our machine, which is used to bend the fin walls in the tanks of electrical transformers from steel sheet. The smallest sheet width that can be processed is 300mm and the fin height is maximum 400mm.

The roll sheet is driven to the main machine by means of the uncoiler. The trapping and riding process is performed on the main machine. According to the characteristics such as fin height, distance between fins and number of fins entered via the PLC touch screen, the roll sheet is made ready for seam welding.
