CDM-CCL 400 Laminated Core Cutting Line is a machine used for cutting the cores of distribution and power transformers.
Transformer cores must have specific dimensions, shapes, and arrangements to ensure low magnetic losses and high energy efficiency.
Transformer cores are subjected to cutting lines to obtain sheets of specific dimensions and shapes from rolled sheets. This process is a crucial step in the production of transformer cores, ensuring the production of cores with the correct dimensions and shapes.
The CDM-CCL 400 Laminate Core Cutting Line is a compact production line used in the manufacturing of cores for distribution and power transformers, as well as motors. These lines have the capability of fully automatic operation based on parameters entered through a PLC control system and a touchscreen interface. Additionally, the lines support step lap features up to 7 steps, providing greater flexibility and customization options. The automatic process ensures precise cutting operations during the production process, resulting in cores with the desired quality and performance.
CDM-CCL 400 Laminate Core Cutting Line
consists of these components.
The core, which forms the active part of the transformers, is cut from CRGO material according to the dimensions specified in the project. Our machine provides sheet feeding with roll uncoiler and sheet feeder. Start and end cuts are cut by means of blades positioned at 45 degree angle. The machine, which has V notching and punching functions, automatically separates the cut parts.
