Both foil tape and interlayer insulation can be controlled with constant tension to ensure tightness during winding, stopping, winding and unwinding operations. It fixes the foil material non-contact via deviation correction-sensing device and photoelectric sensor. The edges are dynamically corrected by servo correction mechanism, the system has high reliability with high precision and speed.

The foil coil can be wound as copper tape or aluminum foil tape with different thicknesses as conductor. Wide tape insulation material is used for intermediate insulation and narrow tape insulation material is used for end insulation. The outer surface is wound and the function of the equipment provides sufficient support for the production of foil coils that meet the requirements of your projects.
